David Seeley

Dave finds a broad range of senior executives and board directors for public, private equity, and venture-backed insurance firms. In addition, he currently leads the Boston office for Russell Reynolds Associates.

Dave advises global leaders on their critical talent decisions, including leadership appointments, leadership development, and succession planning strategies for boards, CEOs and C-suite executives. He is a member of the Insurance, Private Capital, and Board & CEO Advisory practices at Russell Reynolds.

Dave has over 20 years of insurance experience. Before he joined Russell Reynolds, Dave worked in insurance for Ambridge Partners, an international insurance company, and spent time in the brokerage industry. He is a former registered broker and member of the Professional Liability Underwriting Society (PLUS).
