Casey has worked with clients across industries and has a particular depth of experience and passion for helping organizations in the healthcare, consumer, industrial, professional services, and financial services sectors.

A former practicing attorney, Casey co-leads Russell Reynolds Associates' Legal, Regulatory, and Compliance Practice in the Americas, and leans on her deep legal network and hands-on legal operating experience to help clients develop tailored leadership search, succession, and development strategies in this area.

Casey is a natural relationship builder and connector who understands the combination of art and science it takes to find the perfect, value-additive leader for her clients. Before joining Russell Reynolds, Casey was a Managing Director at another global executive search firm focused on General Counsel and other senior legal roles.

Prior to her career in search, Casey spent time as a lawyer with the international law firm Latham & Watkins LLP, as legislative Counsel for a national nonprofit, and as Deputy General Counsel for the global fintech company Funding Circle. Prior to law school, she began her professional career as a staffer in the US Senate.
