Based in Madrid, Blanca joined Russell Reynolds from Grupo Parques Reunidos, an EQT portfolio company, where she was Regional Merchandising Director leading the full business management and operation. Prior to that, Blanca was a Principal at Boston Consulting Group focusing on People & Organization projects across Europe and Latin America working with clients in different sectors, including Pharmaceutical and Consumer Goods.
