Ben Jones

Ben Jones leads the UK Board Practice in London and European CFO Practice. He has spent over 20 years advising boards and investors on chair, CEO, non-executive, and CFO appointments. He works closely with public companies and private capital investors and has extensive experience of advising clients on board composition, development and succession.

Ben was a partner and led the audit chair and CFO practices at The Zygos Partnership, which became a part of Russell Reynolds in 2017.

Previously, he was the senior client partner and head of the financial officers practice for EMEA at another global executive search firm. Ben worked at Russell Reynolds earlier in his career, where he focused on executive searches in the financial services sector. He began his career as a researcher for Baines Gwinner, a specialist financial services boutique, before moving to Wit Soundview, a start-up bank in the US.
