Arin Veerapen

Arin Veerapen works with investors, executive teams, and boards on senior leadership mandates across portfolio companies, publicly listed businesses, and high-growth organizations. His work spans technology, AI, operations, investment leadership, CFO, and CEO searches, with a focus on identifying executives who can lead transformation, scale organizations, and execute against investor and business objectives.

Arin joins Russell Reynolds Associates from a global executive search firm, where he was a Principal focused on executive search across the innovation and investment landscape. Earlier in his career, he worked with a leading technology sector executive search firm in London, UK, focused on early and growth-stage companies in Europe, and supporting mandates for venture capital and private equity funds.

Arin has been part of the founding team of a fitness technology startup, serves on the board of a health-focused registered charity, and is currently on the cabinet of a large Canadian non-profit.
