Anne Coyle

Anne Coyle serves as a trusted advisor to colleges and universities as they seek senior academic leaders. She brings more than 20 years of experience as an executive search consultant in the social impact and education sectorsThroughout her career, Anne has cultivated a deep bench of connections to prominent academic leaders, presidents, and trustees.

Anne served as Director of Admissions at both the Yale School of Management and at Cornell University's Johnson Graduate School of Management. She also managed the global recruitment of PhDs, JDs, and MDs for McKinsey & Co. Anne started her career in the public sector, first in the New York Mayor Edward I. Koch administration and then in the federal government as a Presidential Management Fellow.
