Based in Munich, she is a member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Technology Practice and works across EMEA on CIO, CTO, CDO, CEO and GM appointments, as well as partner level searches in professional services.

Andrea Brych-Birkmeir brings over two decades of international leadership experience across tech enabled sectors, consumer goods, consulting and industrial environments. She combines strategic, product, engineering and digital expertise, giving her a distinct perspective on effective leadership in complex organizations.

She served as Vice President Europe and Business Unit Leader for Schneider Electric, leading a broad, multi market European business with full P&L responsibility and shaping its portfolio and operating model through transformation. At BSH Home Appliances Group, she held several senior leadership roles and led the digital and commercial evolution of the European oven business, pioneering one of the first connected, AI enabled product ecosystems. Earlier, she worked in strategy consulting at Roland Berger and later took on brand leadership roles at Danone Dairy.
