Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Amber held roles with global executive search firms, leading CEO, Board, and C-suite appointments across general management, operations, human resources, and commercial leadership in the Consumer, Industrial, and Healthcare sectors. Her experience spans North America, Europe, South Asia and the Middle East.

She began her career in corporate communications, advising executive teams on stakeholder engagement, crisis management and corporate social responsibility.
