Agathe Martin-Gougenheim

Agathe advises technology companies with their executive, C-suite, and board hires, and helps clients across industries attract and assess transformative technology leaders.

Based in Paris and working across the technology sector, Agathe leads executive searches in Europe and globally, across telecoms and connectivity, professional and technology services, and software and cloud. Additionally, she specializes in recruiting and assessing digital and cybersecurity leaders broadly across industries. She has extensive experience working with listed companies, family enterprises, and private equity portfolio companies.

Prior to joining the firm in 2018, Agathe worked in London and Paris and spent three years with Kroll, a global investigations and business intelligence company, where she advised international companies and public sector organizations on matters relating to risks, forensics, fraud, and disputes.
