Our consulting business helps leaders and top teams perform at their very best, whether they’re just starting out or have a long tenure. We help CEO's and leaders assess the status quo and then implement an action plan to maximize effectiveness. We advise on assessment & benchmarking; board effectiveness; culture analytics; DEI; development & transition; and team effectiveness.

Our consultants deliver impactful client interventions on a day-to-day basis. They work closely with clients and internal teams to deliver the best solutions for our client's leadership needs. They can specialize as either assessment majors or development majors.  As our consultants grow and develop, they move from being a defined specialist, to become a generalist, able to work effectively across broader developmental programs. They will still have a major in either assessment or development, but will easily navigate across both.They become more commercially focused, and split their time and energy between execution and bringing in business, as well as developing long term and commercial client relationships.

Responsibilities

  • Execute leadership assessment and development programs and solutions.
  • Design and implement leadership programs and assessments.
  • Engage directly with clients to understand their leadership needs and deliver tailored solutions.
  • Manage multiple client projects, ensuring timely and impactful outcomes.
  • Foster long-term client relationships and identify new business opportunities.

Experience

  • Understand how to be a consultant and how to work with clients 
  • Experience in shaping and execution of leadership assessments and development programs.
  • Communication and relationship-building abilities.
  • Proactive and self-starting attitude with a focus on client value.
  • Good sense of commerciality and business acumen 
  • Strong set of delivery skills 
  • Qualified OP or IO for assessment roles; PHD in assessment & development an advantage but not essential
