Sara Sharpe

Sara Sharpe advises boards, CEOs, and investors on modernizing leadership teams across healthcare services and technology organizations.

As a core member of Russell Reynolds Associates’ Healthcare Services Practice, she leads board, CEO, and C-suite searches for private equity portfolio companies, managed care organizations, and integrated delivery networks.

Sara’s recent work includes CEO succession for a national home health care organization, leadership assessment and development for a publicly listed post-acute organization, president/CEO succession for a market-leading provider technology company, and CEO/P&L leadership searches for national and regional managed care organizations.

Sara also leads Russell Reynolds' Health Services Enablement Private Equity Practice, advising investors and portfolio company management teams on the leadership required to accelerate value creation and scale care delivery and enablement models of the future. Her practice spans the intersection of providers, payors, employers, and consumers, with a focus on organizations leveraging technology to improve affordability and access and enhance the consumer/provider experience.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Sara worked at The Advisory Board Company, where she advised senior health system executives on strategy, growth, and data-driven clinical performance improvement.
