Qian Xu

Qian Xu partners with automotive clients to identify and develop future-focused leaders. Based in Shanghai, he brings twenty years of consulting experience across the manufacturing and automotive industry.  He works closely with clients, coaching and advising them through transformation for manufacturing, operation improvement, and turnover.

Previously, Qian led the Greater China operations practice at Boston Consulting Group. In that role, he partnered with clients on business development and project execution for Chinese companies, global and local PE funds. His expertise includes manufacturing operation transformation, post-merger integration, interim management, change management, and more.
