Oliver Lee

Oliver Lee works with clients across the healthcare technology ecosystem to address their most critical leadership needs. Based in New York, he brings experience in both recruiting executives and working inside/alongside some of the most innovative companies in the Healthcare Sector. Oliver was most recently the head of talent acquisition at Ready, a Google Ventures and Deerfield-backed on-demand healthcare delivery service. In this role, he worked alongside Ready’s leadership team to develop organizational growth plans and lead a team of recruiters dedicated to hiring every new Ready employee from responder (EMT/paramedic) to chief medical officer.

Prior to joining Ready, Oliver worked with Oxeon Partners, a boutique healthcare-specific executive search firm, placing executives across early to late-stage innovative healthcare companies.
