May Farskoury supports leaders in making informed people decisions that drive strategic objectives. Having worked in Singapore and now working out of Dubai, she has over a decade of experience in psychological assessments, executive coaching, and leadership development. She partners with clients, coaching and advising them through the creation and delivery of assessment projects, development programs, and C-suite succession plans.  

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, May was a principal at Odgers Berndtson. In that role, she led succession, leadership, and development projects for clients across the Middle East. Before that, she was a senior consultant at Talogy where she was responsible for leading the design and delivery of talent management solutions across sectors. She has also held leadership and development roles at other global executive search firms, PwC, and Restrata.

May holds a BSc in psychology from Loughborough University and an MSc in occupational psychology from the University of Nottingham.
She has multiple certifications from the British Psychological Society, including chartered occupational psychologist.
