Lucy Lei

Based in Shanghai, Lucy is a part of the firm’s Board & CEO Advisory Partners team. With over 30 years of experience as a corporate leader and executive coach integrating Eastern and Western cultures, Lucy is a trusted advisor who partners with clients to see things beneath the obvious and address their most pressing global leadership, strategic diversity  and cultural needs in the C-suite and the Boardroom.

Prior to Russell Reynolds, Lucy was a  Managing Director Great China at Eric Salmon & Partners. During her time there, she specialized in C suite coaching, assessment & search, top team effectiveness, succession planning, and responsible for P/L of the organization. Before that, she was Managing Director APAC / Member of the Global Executive Board for Beaulier International Group. She also held other executive roles with P/L responsibility for Asia / China respectively for other multinational companies. She sits on the Benelux Chamber East China board since 2014. Lucy advises her clients with multi-cultural dimensions & global perspective thanks to her corporate & advisory career life  living in Belgium, Hong Kong, Singapore and Australia. She returned to China since 2011.
