Jordan McNulty

Jordan McNulty supports our industrial services and infrastructure clients to identify and develop world-class leaders. Based in Houston, she brings over seven years of experience in investment management, C-suite engagement, HR strategy, and internal transformation.  

Jordan was most recently an equity research analyst at Fidelity, where she oversaw investment recommendations for building construction. Before this, she worked in HR strategy and change management at Houston-based Direct Energy, where she created and implemented a headcount tracking tool to guide the organization through top-down transformation efforts. Jordan began her career as an associate consultant at Bain & Company.
