Jason Friedman

Jason Friedman brings comprehensive insights and innovative solutions to his client work, with a background in litigation and 14 years as an officer in the US Navy. Based in New York, he works across industry sectors, focusing on succession planning, leadership development, team effectiveness, and organizational culture. Jason has experience in individual assessment, effective leadership, and team dynamics.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, he was the executive director of one of the largest non-profit volunteer security organizations in the United States. Previously, Jason worked for the City of New York as an employment lawyer and on special projects related to Hurricane Sandy. As an officer in the Navy reserve, he has deployed multiple times in support of special operations missions worldwide.
