Ines Prieto Lagos

Inés Prieto Lagos is a member of the firm’s Consumer Sector. Based in Mexico City, she brings years of experience driving growth, financial transformation, and brand strategy for top consumer firms.  

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds, Ines worked at Diageo– a multinational beverage company – in a variety of strategy and finance roles where she was responsible for advising on local strategy, helped integrate and accelerate growth for newly acquired brands, and supported business leadership. Before that, she was the Head of Real Estate Classifieds at Mercado Libre.  

Earlier in her career, Ines was a consultant with Boston Consulting Group and Water Street Partners where she focused on due diligence, growth strategy and strategy review for clients across Latin America.
