Gifford Foley

Giff Foley co-leads our work with industrial private equity clients in the United States. He advises private equity firms and publicly traded companies on identifying, assessing, and recruiting outstanding leadership teams to accelerate performance.

He also supports clients across industries with their CEO and board succession needs and leads search assignments for CEO, CFO, COO, and corporate development leaders.

Before joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Giff was in the investment banking division of Goldman Sachs, where he led executive teams in advising natural resource and industrial clients on M&A and financings. Giff also worked at Alumni Capital Network, an operationally focused private equity firm that invested in middle-market companies. He is a former Marine and veteran of Operation Iraqi Freedom.
