Filiep Deforche is a member of the firm’s global Senior Leadership Team and a senior member of RRA’s CEO and Board practice.

He works closely with client leaders to recruit top talent, assess management teams and enable transformation across sectors, with deep experience in the Industrial and Financial Services. Filiep leverages a strong strategy consulting background to effectively work with leadership teams and boards of both local and international clients of all sizes.

Filiep joined Russell Reynolds Associates from the Boston Consulting Group, where he worked for 25 years. During his tenure, he worked in a number of European offices and served clients across Europe, Africa, Asia and the US to counsel clients on strategy, organization/talent, M&A and digital implementation for a variety of sectors. He was a member of the firm’s Regional Management team and led the Organization and People Practice Area for Western Europe and South America.

Filiep holds an MSc in civil mechanical-electrical engineering from Ghent University and an MBA from Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, both in Belgium. He is also a Certified Leadership Performance Coach and a board member of SOS Children’s Villages in Belgium. Filiep is fluent in Dutch, French and English.
