An Associate in the Advisory Consulting practice, Anna brings 15 years’ experience across leadership consulting, business psychology and talent development. A Chartered Occupational Psychologist, Anna combines her background in behavioural science with pragmatic business insight to advise clients on key leadership acquisition, development and succession challenges.

Anna previously worked at a professional services organisation where she provided high-touch coaching and development to leadership advisors. Prior to this, she worked at another global people advisory firm where she designed and led assessment and development programmes for senior leadership teams.

Anna works across sectors, with a particular interest in financial services.

She holds a Masters in Occupational Psychology from Goldsmiths, University of London and an undergraduate degree in Applied Psychology from University College Cork.
Anna is a Registered Psychologist with the Health and Care Professions Council and a Chartered Occupational Psychologist with the British Psychological Society. She is accredited in several psychometric assessment tools.
