Andrew Supiano
Andrew Supiano is a member of the Industrial & Natural Resources and Operations & Supply Chain Officers Practices at Russell Reynolds Associates. He advises clients across sectors on their most complex leadership challenges, and specializes in building high-performing management teams, recruiting top executive talent, and on assessing and developing effective leadership. Andrew is based in Dallas and lives with his family in Fort Worth.

Andrew joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Deloitte Consulting, where he was a Manager in the Finance Strategy practice. In this role, he worked with senior executives across sectors to develop and implement digital transformation strategies.
Previously, Andrew spent three years as a supply chain leader with Shell Oil Company. He began his career in the US Army, where he served as a Field Artillery officer. He completed multiple combat deployments in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom and Operation Enduring Freedom, most recently as an officer with 3d Ranger Battalion.
Andrew holds a BS in Management from the United States Military Academy at West Point and an MBA from the Jones Graduate School of Business, Rice University.
