Andrew A. Carty

Based in Boston, Andrew Carty works closely with industry-leading clients to recruit top CFO and senior-level finance talent, as well as advising clients on succession planning and management effectiveness initiatives. Andrew is a key leader in the Corporate Officers Sector at Russell Reynolds Associates, specializing in the firm’s Financial Officers Practice, where he focuses on financial officer appointments in both Fortune 500 and Private Equity portfolio companies. He works across sectors, with his client base, primarily focused on industrials, healthcare / biopharma, and technology firms.

Andrew joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Deloitte Consulting, where he was an Engagement Manager in the company’s Strategy & Operations Practice, focused on CFO strategy and critical Office of the CFO engagements. He concurrently served as the Chief of Staff for Deloitte/Cornell University Relations, and earlier worked with the firm as a strategy consultant in both their New York and Hong Kong offices. He began his career at General Electric, where he held finance operating roles, working in both the United States and Japan.
