Anant Kasibhatla

Anant  Kasibhatla partners with healthcare and consumer clients to help them attract leaders who seamlessly deliver performance and purpose. Based in Mumbai, he has a track record of delivering successful organization, leadership, and cultural transformations across industries in South Asia.

Previously, Anant spent seven years at McKinsey & Company, most recently as an associate partner and the head of Aberkyn India – a leadership and culture community at McKinsey. During his time there, he worked on large-scale organizational transformations and led the design and delivery of advisory solutions for a range of clients. Before that, he worked at Marsh Asia Pacific on the firm’s talent and strategic human resources strategies. He began his leadership advisory career at KPMG.
