With over 20 years of advising Fortune 500 and Trade and Professional Association executives, she leads searches for corporate officers and their core leadership teams with a key focus on marketing, communications, public affairs, media and technology. Alisha helps large enterprise to mid-sized companies, associations and non-profits build high-functioning teams and advises clients on leadership topics and strategy. She is based in Washington, DC. Alisha joined Russell Reynolds Associates after serving as Vice President of Events and Integrated Media Programs at CNBC, where she focused on building the firm’s thought leadership events powerhouse, partnering with executives across some of the world’s most impactful companies and organizations. Earlier, at both The Wall Street Journal and the Atlantic Media Company, she advised clients and drove thought leadership marketing programs for a wide range of Fortune 500, middle market, association/professional society and non-profit clients. Alisha also founded the Hathaway Group, a strategic business and marketing consulting firm that specializes in thought leadership, public affairs and reputation and advocacy efforts.
Alisha earned her BA in communications from the University of California, Santa Barbara.
