Barry is group HR director at Computacenter, responsible for the groupwide HR strategy and in-country HR functions. He is a member of the Executive Committee. He is a passionate advocate of inclusion and diversity in the workplace and has spearheaded a number of innovations and leading initiatives to achieve progress.

In this podcast, Anna Penfold, executive director of HR at Russell Reynolds Associates, will question Barry on the role of the HR function in driving diversity and inclusion.
