Claudia González Marino

Based in Mexico City, Claudia works with clients in global banking, investment banking, asset and wealth management, and consumer financial banking. Claudia has an extensive financial services background that informs the work she does for clients at Russell Reynolds Associates.

She spent several years at Finaccess, Credit Suisse and J.P. Morgan and more than a decade in relationship management at Deutsche Bank in Mexico, Hamburg and New York. During her work at Deutsche Bank, Claudia prospected new clients, managed portfolios and investments and volunteered as the head of the Deutsche Bank Americas Foundation in Mexico. She began her career as an analyst with Privest.
