Yukihiro Koshiishi

Yukihiro Koshiishi concentrates on assignments for financial services clients, with a focus on global banking and private equities. Based in Tokyo, he has successfully conducted searches for CEOs and executive management for major Japanese financial institutions as well as Japanese corporates. Yukihiro also has completed very high-profile and complex searches for Japan representatives and MDs for major Japanese and international investment banks.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Yukihiro had a 16-year career with the Asahi Bank, Ltd. (currently Resona Bank, Limited). In this role, his assignments included strategic planning, executing and restructuring long-term strategic plans.

Education

Yukihiro received his B.A. in economics from Keio University and his M.A. in public administration from the John F. Kennedy School of Government at Harvard University. He is fluent in Japanese and English.
