Sean Roberts

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Sean spent 10 years at Accenture, most recently as a Market Maker in the Resources Market Unit. In that role, he was responsible for qualifying, developing and closing complex business process outsourcing, infrastructure outsourcing and application outsourcing as well as technology and business consulting deals in the utilities, oil, gas, chemicals and mining industries. Earlier in his career with Accenture, Sean was a Technology and Business Consulting Analyst and gained experience through a number of roles, including leading the SAP security design and the ‘Implementation Manager Network’ on a Shared Serviced implementation for a major travel company, and conducting a procurement opportunity assessment for a UK water company.

Sean received his B.A. in politics, philosophy and economics from St. Anne’s College, Oxford University.
