Paul Jaeger

Based in Paris, Paul Jaeger is head of the Real Estate Practice in Europe. He focuses on senior executive and board level search and assessment assignments within the financial services sector, with a particular expertise in the insurance and real estate areas. He also works on not-for-profit assignments..

Previous Experience

Paul has more than nine years of executive search experience. Previously, he was General Manager of the French European Information Center founded by the European Commission and the French government. Before that, he was Head of the Risk Financing Department at Gras Savoye, where he led a team of consultants who specialized in alternative risk financing. Paul began his career as an industrial risk underwriter at Union des Assurances de Paris (now AXA).

Additional Professional Activities

Paul is a former President of the Association Jean Monnet. He is Secretary of the Fondation Hippocrène and a founding member of the Board of Directors of the French Center of Foundations.

Education

Paul received his M.A. in human resources and in public law from the Sorbonne, Paris, University. He is fluent in English and French.
