Marc Sanglé-Ferrière

Marc focuses on search and assessment assignments such as Board member, CEO, COO roles, BU Managers for both privately held and publicly listed firms in technology, industrial services and related industries. Marc is the Country Manager for Paris.

Recent Client Experience

Marc has recently contributed to the building of a brand new Board for an industrial firm. He has also recruited CEOs for a private business to business services firm, a private telecommunications operator, a household equipment firm, a software company as well as the VP Marketing for a software company and a SVP Project Office for a CAC 40 industrial group.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Marc spent 10 years with Capgemini as one of the leaders of the Energy, Utilities and Chemicals Global Sector, as the Executive Assistant of the CEO and as a Sales and Marketing Manager in the finance sector. He started his career with IBM, where he spent seven years as Account Executive.

Education

Marc graduated from the Institut d'Études Politiques de Paris and also received a European business diploma in international economics from the same institution. He is fluent in French and English.
