His other recent work includes recruiting a Global CIO to a significantly growing fashion retailer, the Chief Technology Officer to a global insurance company, the SVP of Technology to a Fortune 50 retailer, and the Head of IT Infrastructure to another Fortune 50 retailer.

Prior to Joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Justin was a Product Manager at Kronos, Inc. Previously, Justin was the Director of Consulting at AtStaff, Inc., a software company. Justin started his career at KPMG / BearingPoint, where he primarily served as Management Consultant for clients across multiple industries.

Justin received his B.A. in management with an emphasis in entrepreneurial management and marketing from Gettysburg College.
