Based in Chicago, he specializes in executive assessment, C-suite succession planning, leadership development and senior team effectiveness. Joey partners with clients across industries and geographies with a particular focus in healthcare and financial services.

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Joey worked in HR focusing on talent management, organizational development and team effectiveness. He began his career in marketing, where he leveraged data-driven insights to drive brand growth through consumer behavior change.

Joey holds a master’s degree in learning & organizational change from Northwestern University. In addition, he holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from Washington University in St. Louis.
