Based in Miami, Jennifer Rockwood is a leadership advisor and search consultant who specializes in helping her clients navigate challenges rooted in business model disruption and digital transformation. As the leader of the firm’s Global Power & Utilities Practice and Co-Head of the Private Capital Infrastructure Practice, she works across the value chain of the infrastructure landscape, with a particular focus on working with clients in the Climate Tech and Sustainability domains. Her clients span global Fortune 100 companies to nonprofits and recent clients have included companies in the EV charging infrastructure, waste to energy, data center, energy software solutions, and “Smart Cities” domains. Jennifer has deep expertise in CEO succession planning, as well as board and team builds in pre-IPO and new platform situations. In addition to her practice leadership roles, Jennifer is also a member of the Board & CEO Advisory Partners Practice and the Diversity & Inclusion Practice.
Jennifer joined Russell Reynolds Associates from Shanghai, where she served as the China Global Smart Services Lead for Capgemini Consulting. There she worked with utilities and municipalities in China and across Asia Pacific to deploy smart sector technologies, as well as other transformational technology initiatives. Earlier in her career, Jennifer was a strategy consultant in North America.
