Caitlin MacNamara advises clients in our Consumer Sector and Retail Practice, with a focus on the North American retail market. She has nearly 20 years of both corporate and consulting experience. Caitlin is jointly based in Toronto and New York.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Caitlin served as Principal in the Americas Consumer Industries and Retail Practice at A.T. Kearney. While there, she worked with C-level retail clients aligning organizational models with go-to-market strategies, designing post-acquisition operating models, and identifying cost and agility opportunities. Additionally, Caitlin co-authored the firm’s global benchmarking of retail store operations practices, led internal recruiting efforts, and was a frequent guest lecturer on university campuses.
Prior to that, Caitlin served as director of business development for CGI Group, a global IT consulting service provider, serving telecommunications clients and leading due diligence activities. Caitlin started her career at BMO Nesbitt Burns, a leading Canadian wealth management firm, in economic research.
Caitlin received a B.A. (economics and political science), from St. Michael’s College, University of Toronto, and an M.B.A. from Joseph L. Rotman School of Management, University of Toronto.
