Warsaw-based Agnieszka focuses on senior executive search assignments in technology industry across Central and Eastern Europe. She also works with clients across sectors on CIO/CTOs searches and executive
assessment projects.

Recent Client Experience

Agnieszka's recent assignments within technology sector are diverse from an industry and geographic perspective and include: regional roles for  companies headquartered in CEE (online, software and telecommunications) and senior leadership roles within Poland, Russia, Hungary and Czech Republic. She also led executive assessment for the of Board of Directors in Central and Eastern Europe for a financial services group.

Previous Experience

Agnieszka has more than 14 years of executive search experience. She began starting her career in market research.

Additional Professional Activities

Agnieszka is a lecturer at the Warsaw School of Social Psychology.

Education

Agnieszka received her M.A. in psychology from the University of Gdansk and her M.B.A. from the Carlson School of Management, University of Minnesota. She is fluent in English.
