Stacey Shapiro

Based in Atlanta, Stacey Shapiro is a member of the firm's Executive Assessment Practice. She designs and leads assessment projects that provide guidance and insight around executive hiring, succession management and development, mergers and acquisitions, as well as team building and benchmarking. Additionally, she has played a critical role in the support and execution of the firm's new innovative service offerings surrounding culture diagnosis and measurement of cultural fit within an organization. Stacey has presented her research on personality, self-perceptions and test performance at several professional conferences, including the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology. She has also published research in professional journals such as the Journal of Vocational Behavior and the Journal of Experimental Psychology: Applied as well as for the College Board.

Previous Experience

Stacey has a Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology and substantial experience in test development and validation. Since joining Russell Reynolds, she has led and conducted a wide variety of executive assessment projects.

Education

Stacey received her B.A. in psychology from the University of Michigan, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
