Peter Gramkov

Based in Copenhagen, Peter Gramkov conducts CEO, senior-level and boardroom assignments for clients across industries in the Scandinavian market. He also has extensive experience in broader international searches within sales, marketing, research and development, HR and supply chain for publicly quoted, private equity and venture capital backed companies.

Recent Client Experience

Peter’s recent assignments within the technology landscape includes a CEO search for a global, public quoted hardware market leader and two Senior EVP positions for leading IT services companies in Denmark with a Private Equity ownership. In addition Peter has recently helped a leading telecommunications operator with an executive recruitment within the BtC space. Other recent assignments include board searches for public quoted global IT companies with base in Denmark--as well as smaller entrepreneurial Venture Capital backed software vendors.

Previous Experience

Peter has 11 years of executive search experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates in 2000, he was a Major Account Manager for Hewlett-Packard (Compaq) in Denmark. Previously, Peter was a trainee at East Asiatic Company Ltd.

Education

Peter received his M.Sc. in economics and business administration from the Copenhagen Business School. He is fluent in Danish and English and is conversant with the Scandinavian languages.
