Paul Stohr

Paul Stohr works with leading organizations across the Industrial/Natural Resources sector. He is based in Minneapolis/St. Paul.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Paul spent 16 years in various roles with Cummins, Inc. Most recently, he served as Senior Director – Energy Solutions Business, where he lead a global staff of over 100 focused on turnkey power solutions. He managed sales, marketing, channel development, product development, and business strategy. Paul also led the development of power project joint ventures, project finance solutions, and he managed a portfolio of renewable and clean energy projects. Previously, at Cummins, Paul started the Latin American business in Energy Solutions, while living in Sao Paulo, Brazil and also worked in Mulhouse, France as part of a joint venture with Wartsila NSD.

Education

Paul received his B.S. in mechanical engineering from the University of Illinois, Champaign/Urbana and his M.B.A from Duke University
