Micha Rosenthal

Based in the Stockholm office, Micha Rosenthal leads the firm’s Automotive and Industrial Manufacturing as well as the Chemical & Process Industry Practices in Europe. Micha specializes in executive management and Board level assignments for clients across the industrial sector with specific focus on the automotive, capital equipment, manufacturing, paper and packaging, metals, industrial services, and construction industries. In terms of functional expertise, Micha has completed a substantial number of HR, CFO, and supply chain and operations assignments.

Recent Client Experience

Micha’s recent assignments include several CEO appointments, Chairman and Non-Executive Director searches, and executive assessments of entire management teams in both private equity and listed industrial companies.

Previous Experience

Micha has 10 years of executive search and strategic HR advisory experience. Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Micha was the Managing Partner of the Stockholm office of another international executive search firm. He previously founded and ran an HR strategy consulting firm and held the role as COO and Business Development Director of a Swedish executive search firm. Micha began his career as a management consultant at McKinsey & Company, where he served for six years based in Sweden, Australia, and New Zealand.

Education

Micha received his M.Sc. from the Stockholm School of Economics and an M.B.A. from the Darden Graduate School of Business Administration, University of Virginia. He speaks Swedish, English, and German.
