Marionne Barge-van Engelen focuses on senior level assignments for clients in the fields of packaging, consumer and industrial goods for which she completed numerous high-profile searches for CEOs and Division Directors for multinational organizations. She also brings a functional expertise in recruiting senior Communications and Public Affairs Executives. She is based in Brussels.

Previous Experience

Marionne has 15 years of executive recruiting experience and joined Russell Reynolds Associates in 1999. Before beginning her career in executive search, Marionne was with IBM Nederland BV in sales and market development positions.

Education

Marionne received her M.A. in law from the University of Leiden, The Netherlands. She is fluent in French, English and Dutch.
