Jim Hinds

Based in London, Jim Hinds is the Regional Leader for Europe. Previously he served as the Country Manager for the firm's United Kingdom office for three years. He is an active member of the CEO/Board Services practice and focuses on senior level executive and non executive board assignments in the consumer products and private equity sectors.

Previous Experience

Prior to his search career, Jim was a Managing Director at Marakon Associates, where he advised some of the leading retail, consumer products and industry clients both in Europe and the United States. Jim brings with him more than 10 years of general management and marketing experience with Gillette, Wyeth and Astra Zeneca and successfully led a venture capital-backed consumer start-up.

Jim is a member of the Board of Trustees for the Make-A-Wish Foundation U.K.

Education

Jim received his B.A., with honours, in economics from Manchester University and his M.B.A. from IMD, Switzerland.
