Erin Zolna
Based in New York, Erin Zolna designs and leads assessment projects that contribute to effective hiring decisions, executive team benchmarking, succession management and development, and mergers/acquisitions integration. In addition to these advisory services, Erin has played a leading role in the development of Russell Reynolds Associates' innovative new service offerings, such as culture diagnosis and the more precise measurement of individuals' fit to a given organizational culture. Erin also has been active in developing new insights in the areas of team dynamics and personality. She is a member of the firm's Executive Assessment practice.
Previous Experience
Since earning her Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology, Erin has had wide-ranging experience advising clients in the areas of organizational development and executive talent management.
Education
Erin received her B.A. in psychology from Tulane University, and her M.S. and Ph.D. in industrial and organizational psychology from Georgia Tech.
