Michelle Mion focuses on executive search and assessment assignments for companies in the consumer goods, retail, fashion and healthcare sectors. She is also a member of the Digital Transformation Practice at Russell Reynolds Associates, helping companies find leaders who can support them in their digital evolution. She is based in Milan.
Prior to Russell Reynolds Associates, Michelle worked at The Boston Consulting Group, where she was a Project Leader, responsible for strategy assignments in the consumer goods and healthcare industries. Prior to that, Michelle was with PricewaterhouseCoopers, where she audited companies belonging to multinational groups located in the United Kingdom and United States.
Michelle received her degree in business and economics from the University of Venice, and her M.B.A. from the UCLA Anderson School of Management. She is fluent in English and Italian.
