Heather Hammond serves as the Area Manager for the firm’s New York and Stamford offices. She co-leads the Global Banking and Markets Practice and conducts a broad range of senior-level searches across the financial services industry. She is also a member of the Private Equity Practice where she has completed searches for funds and their portfolio companies, including investment leaders, senior fundraising professionals, capital markets professionals, operating partners and advisors. Heather has fourteen years of executive search, assessment and advisory experience. During this time, she has worked on assignments across a range of senior executive roles within Global Banking and Private Equity. Heather is also a member of the firm’s Global Executive Committee.
Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Heather spent her career at Morgan Stanley in Corporate Finance, Debt Capital Markets and in Equity Research on the Global Automotive Team, ranked the number-one Automotive Equity Research Team by Institutional Investor magazine. She also worked in the Global Capital Markets Group at Goldman Sachs.

Heather is on the board of directors of the Robert Toigo Foundation. She also serves on the U.S. steering committee of the 30% Club.
Heather received her B.A. in economics from Smith College and her M.B.A., with concentrations in finance and strategy, from Northwestern University, Kellogg Graduate School of Management.
