Amanda Foster advises some of the world’s largest financial institutions, serving as a trusted voice to a wide range of board chairs, CEOs, and senior executives across the world. Based in London, Amanda has led Russell Reynolds Associates' Financial Services Practice globally and previously its Asset and Wealth Management Practice. She has served on the firm’s Executive Committee and is a member of its Nominations Committee.
Amanda brings nearly 25 years of experience advising clients on executive search, CEO and C-suite succession, executive assessment and development, talent acquisition, diversity, and aligning executive and non-executive leadership with strategic agendas.
Prior to Russell Reynolds, Amanda spent more than 10 years as an investment banker at N.M. Rothschild & Sons, advising clients on M&A, equity capital market transactions, and project financings, working with the company in London and Asia Pacific.
