Boris Albers

Dr Boris Albers works with leading organizations across the Industrial/Natural Resources sector including transportation, energy, utilities and waste management industry. He is based in Hamburg.

Previous Experience

Prior to joining Russell Reynolds Associates, Boris spent four years as a Consultant with Boston Consulting Group, where he developed long-term visions, strategies, new business models and organizational improvements and supported the implementation of such projects. He was an adviser for the top management in the industry, technology and financial services sector focusing on companies in Germany but also in Scandinavia and Africa.

Education

Boris received his diploma in physics from Westfälische Wilhelms-Universität Münster and his M.Sc., M.Phil. and Ph.D. in engineering and applied science from Yale University.
