Andrew Hayes recruits general managers, presidents and CEOs, as well as senior functional executives in marketing, sales, innovation, consumer insights and R&D, for both small private and large global consumer products and leisure and hospitality companies. His understanding of these critical roles and functions, combined with his extensive experience in the consumer sector, allows him to effectively provide clients with winning leadership solutions. Andrew also serves as a member of the firm's CEO/Board Services Practice and is based in Houston.
Previous Experience
Andrew has 20 years of U.S. and international consumer marketing and brand-building experience. He was most recently CMO for Shell's global Consumer Lubricants Division, where he helped build Shell's consumer franchises (Pennzoil, Quaker State and Shell Helix) in key growth markets. Previously, Andrew was Vice President, Global Oral Care New Forms at Colgate-Palmolive and before that, Global Vice President, Marketing and Strategic Planning for the Adams Confectionery Division of Warner-Lambert (now part of Kraft). Andrew spent the first 13 years of his career in marketing and general management roles with Warner-Lambert, where he played an instrumental role in the globalization of the Adams business and growth of their core brands (Trident, Dentyne, Halls, Chiclets).
Education
Andrew received his bachelor of commerce in marketing from Queens University in Kingston, Canada.
