Agnes Greaves primarily focuses on consumer products and services and media, entertainment and convergence assignments. She works with both established market leaders and also smaller venture capital and private equity-backed clients across a range of assignments.

Recent Client Experience

Agnes' recent assignments within the consumer sector include working closely with the boards of a private equity backed food company to recruit their CEO, a major FMCG organisation to recruit their Global Commodities Head and a global publishing house to recruit their CMO. She has also recently conducted a leadership assessment of the top 25 senior executives for a leading European food company.

Previous Experience

Agnes has ten years of executive search experience, most recently co-running a boutique firm focusing on commercial high flyers in the consumer and technology sectors. As part of this, Agnes worked onsite with eBay running their managed service recruitment for two years. Prior to this, Agnes worked at a research and analysis consultancy as Head of Business Development. Agnes began her career by setting up the contract recruitment function for the German and Scandinavian markets for a global selection firm.

Education

Agnes received a B.A. in modern history from New College, Oxford University.
