About Muna
A senior member of the firm’s global HR practice and RRA HR Engage Lead for MENA. Based in Dubai, she has more than 20 years of experience focusing on executive search and leadership development, primarily in the Middle East. Muna specializes in supporting clients through change management, executive assessment and recruiting executive talent, both regionally and around the globe.

About Assaf
Originally born and raised in KSA, now with 23 years in human resources, people and culture, 10 of which in the Middle East, Assaf joined Unilever in 1996, moving to the HR function in 1999; holding roles such as Head of Management Development for Arabia and Iran, HR Director Gulf, and Head of HR for NAMETRUB (36 countries). His expertise is in organisation effectiveness, analytics and talent and leadership development.

Nelly Boustany

About Nelly
With over 25 years within HR, out of which 11 years are with SAP where she boards and advises on clients HR digital transformation journeys, best practices, and lessons learned. Nelly experience spans across overseeing HR for global companies in the MENA region during periods of strategic expansion. Prior to joining SAP, Nelly held leadership roles in Nokia Networks MEA and Siemens Middle East.

With over 20 years of experience, Joe provides strategic and transformation guidance to the Human Capital function, across its operations in the UAE, KSA and Egypt. With specialized experience in managing unique needs and challenges within matrix structures, transformation and strategic partnering.

Joe has held various senior leadership positions with multinational companies like GE, Alstom, McDermott International, PepsiCo and Schneider Electric in UAE, KSA, Egypt, France, Turkey & Lebanon.

About Belgin
With over 25 years of HR experience in Turkey, Hong Kong and UAE, Belgin is directing the leadership by spearheading the cultural change both in regional & global markets. She’s leading the HR council for the region to execute on Strategic HR priorities, working closely with GE businesses to position the organization for success. Prior to GE, she held different senior leadership roles at Microsoft and DHL Express. Belgin also taught on Human Resources at Yeditepe University in Istanbul. Belgin completed her executive education at Harvard University on Leadership.

He is intensely focused in driving the localization transformation journey, championing I&D change, whilst embracing talent succession requirements. In previous role, Scott was instrumental in redesigning the transformation of talent solutions across EMEA. Prior to Honeywell, Scott held various positions with Hays PLC, focusing on global talent acquisition solutions partnering with organizations such Apple, Sony Pictures, Ernst & Young, IBM and Tate & Lyle.

Natalja leads the people and sustainability agenda for Gulf Countries with Schneider Electric. She has more than 12 years experience in HR. Over her professional tenure, she has held various HR leadership roles within Siemens, Philips Lighting and now Schneider Electric.

Rebecca specializes in strategic cultural and transformation activity, partnering with executive teams on organizational design, capability development, restructuring, location and resourcing strategies.

About Sumit
As the Director of Human Resources and a member of the Boeing International Human Resources Leadership Team, Sumit is responsible for providing the HR leadership in the META (Middle East, Turkey and Africa) region and executing HR programs that drive business outcomes for Boeing International. In his current role, Sumit works closely with business leaders to address the talent priorities necessary to compete and win in the marketplace.
